EA SPORTS FC 24 kicks off its promotional campaign as part of its big reveal to the public. Electronic Arts releases the first trailer for the game, an emotive short that directly appeals to nostalgic football fans. The voiceover in the trailer comes from a true acting talent. Daniel Kaluuya, an Oscar winner for Best Supporting Actor in Judas and the Black Messiah, is the one who welcomes fans to the next step in the franchise after parting ways with the FIFA brand.
Throughout the trailer, we see moments of all kinds. From Pep Guardiola giving a talk to a dressing room filled with stars from various clubs, to a superb goal by Vinicius Jr. Both men’s and women’s football come together in the same great gathering point of the sport in the virtual industry. Alongside the trailer, we get a glimpse of what the Ultimate Edition cover will look like, featuring a lineup of footballers with Haaland as the director of the ceremony.
We won’t have to wait long for more details about this release. On July 13th at 6:30 PM (CEST), the first trailer with real-time gameplay will be published. Additionally, the studio will take the opportunity to unveil the cover of the Standard Edition. Although it’s officially a secret, a reputable insider has already leaked the chosen footballer to take over from Kylian Mbappé.
