Just a few days ago, Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games unveiled the new versions of Red Dead Redemption for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, set to be released digitally on August 17th at a price of €49.99. These versions will include Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare, an intriguing expansion with a supernatural twist in which players must face a horde of zombies. there are hints of this expansion within Red Dead Redemption 2.
In broad strokes, the attached video highlights that in Saint Denis, players can discover a series of hidden Aztec symbols throughout the city. The main character takes note of them in his journal, and once all of them are noted, a code is obtained that reads as follows: “Blessed are the peacemakers.” Additionally, the name of the Aztec goddess who assists John Marston at the end of Undead Nightmare to confront the undead is also revealed.
Red Dead Redemption tells the story of former outlaw John Marston as he travels through the vast territories of the American West and Mexico to track down the remaining members of the infamous Van der Linde gang in an attempt to save his family. “Relive, or experience for the first time, the events that transpired after the epic tale of honor and loyalty in the successful 2018 game Red Dead Redemption 2, as Marston hunts down his former friends and outlaws Bill Williamson, Javier Escuella, and Dutch van der Linde, the leader of his former gang, during the end of the cowboy era.”
