Redmi surprised last year by launching a 100-inch Smart TV, the Redmi Max 100, and the company has just released its successor, the Redmi Max 90, a TV aimed at all users looking for the largest possible size.
Interestingly, its biggest feature worked against many users who bought it, as the company received many complaints from people who couldn’t bring it up to their homes using the elevator. Now, its size has been reduced by ten inches, and it uses special packaging to prevent this problem from happening again.
Next, we’ll tell you all about the new 90-inch Redmi Max TV, which is also designed for gaming enthusiasts thanks to some of its technologies, such as HDMI 2.1, a 144Hz refresh rate, and compatibility with AMD FreeSync.
The new Redmi Max TV has a 90-inch diagonal which makes it one of the largest TVs on the market, and this panel features a refresh rate of 144 Hz ideal for gaming.
Regarding gaming precisely, it also integrates technologies such as variable refresh rate and automatic low latency, as well as compatibility with AMD FreeSync, something ideal if you are a PC gamer.
It features 30W speakers that are compatible with Dolby Vision and panoramic sound to enhance the experience of watching movies and series on such a large screen with high-quality audio, although you can also connect an external sound system through its connectors.
In terms of technical specifications, it has a four-core processor and 3GB of RAM inside, along with 32GB of internal storage to install apps.
If you want to play content from an external source, it is recommended to use one of its USB ports to connect a memory or hard drive.
It has one HDMI 2.1 port and two HDMI 2.0 ports, as well as one USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0 port, AV input, and an RJ45 connector for internet, although you can also connect it to your router via Wifi 6.
