The Xiaomi 14 Pro Leaks: Featuring Qualcomm’s Best Processor and a Great Camera

The Xiaomi 14 Pro will be one of the upcoming flagship models from the brand, which has been striving for years to match its top-tier devices with the best high-end offerings on the market. Xiaomi also leaves room for more budget-friendly smartphones, such as the Xiaomi 13T Pro. Now, some images of the device have been leaked, presumably set to arrive next year.

According to the leaked images, it appears to be a device with a well-crafted design that slightly distinguishes itself from other alternatives in its segment. In terms of its overall aesthetics, it’s a device that stands out due to its flat edges and a substantial camera module.

Rumors suggest that we might see this device being unveiled later this month, specifically on October 27th. The company is also expected to release the base model of the device, and they could be the first Android phones to feature the new Qualcomm processor.

Improved Camera and Design

The future Xiaomi 14 Pro seems to be a smartphone with several enhancements compared to its predecessor. Taking a page from Apple’s book, one notable change is the inclusion of titanium edges, which would give the device more weight and a premium feel. These edges are expected to be entirely flat, as shown in the images leaked by EqualLeaks.

Continuing with its design, the volume and power buttons would be located on the right edge, while the back of the device would feature a quadruple camera module, with the LED flash positioned alongside one of these sensors. This module would have a square shape, and the flash would be next to the sensor at the upper right corner.

As for the front, it seems that Xiaomi continues to opt for a hole-punch camera on the screen, with minimal bezels, which would enhance the overall immersive experience, although pre-launch images tend to exaggerate the reduction of bezels.

Beyond this, there are rumors that both of Xiaomi’s high-end devices will be the first to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, the manufacturer’s new high-end chipset known for its exceptional power and efficiency, aiming to deliver top-of-the-line performance in the market.
