The visual design of the Samsung Galaxy A25 is very similar to that of its predecessor, although the back now adopts a palette of more vivid and bright colors. Its 6.5-inch AMOLED display has Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, along with a maximum brightness level of an impressive 1,000 nits. Completing the audiovisual section are a pair of stereo speakers.
If we focus on its interior, we find the famous Exynos 1280 from last year, which is accompanied by 6 and 8 GB of RAM and 128 and 256 GB of internal storage. The interesting thing about this processor, in addition to the quantitative leap, is that it comes with 5G connectivity as standard. All supported by a 5,000 mAh battery and 25 W fast charging. The software version, by the way, is based on Android 14 under One UI 6.0.
It was something expected after its debut on the Galaxy A34 and A54. The Samsung A25 introduces optical stabilization in its 50-megapixel main camera, which, in theory, has an impact on video recording and capturing photos in low-light situations. The wide-angle camera also improves its specifications, increasing from 5 to 8 megapixels.
The third camera is accompanied by a macro lens, so there are no differences compared to the Galaxy A24. The same goes for the front camera, also 13 megapixels, like last year’s model.
Time to talk about prices. The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G is now available in three different colors (black, yellow, and blue) starting from 300 euros for the variant with 128 GB of internal storage and 6 GB of RAM. The version with 256 GB and 8 GB is available for 370 euros.
